Meet the Team

Taylor is a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula as well as the founder and owner of Brienne Birth Services. She began working in the birth community in 2020 when she attended school at the Global Organization of Midwives (GoMidwife) to become certified as a Birth Assistant. Since then, she has been continuing education, working towards obtaining her Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) license and Childbirth Educator certification. 

Taylor has attended over 50 births as a doula, birth assistant or student midwife in numerous different settings including hospital, birth center, and home birth deliveries. She supports a more holistic and natural approach to maternal and neonatal care but also understands there is a necessity for advanced medical care in certain situations. Her passion is for special cases such as multiples, breech, V-BAC, preterm, expected neonatal disabilities, miscarriage, and stillbirth deliveries. She values the triune aspect of birth whether it is the family dynamic of mother-father-baby or the birth team dynamic of God-family-medical staff.
